Inside the reservation mask you will always have the CC details that the guest shared when confirming the booking
To access the credit card details, bring up the booking details page (also called "reservation mask" ) and click on “Reservations Details”.
And then click on "view credit cards"
- If the reservation was made via Hostelworld, B.com or Expedia the details will be there. Same will happen with direct reservation via Counter Booking engine if you request that to confirm the booking.
