If your availability and capacity do not match, Counter thinks it might be a risk such as bookings from external source. In this case, to prevent any over bookings, Counter blocks such room type for the further investigation from the property management.
Go to Counter Account Setting→ Account Settings
Then click on Reservations → Select the range dates and the room or multiple rooms → finally click on Submit
