Now you have a search bar on most of the Counter modules. Use the OTA o Counter ID number, the name or email address.
You can retrieve the booking at anytime entering the reference number, name or email address onto the search bar at the top of most of the Counter pages . Be sure you are removing any spaces tabs to improve the search
You can also search for bookings using the reservation report.
Go to the ¡ Bed Icon > Reports > Reservations
Select the range period and click submit. Here you can filter by NRR bookings, booking source (email, walking, Hostelworld, Booking.com, etc), customer name, etc
