Update the property Description, Facilities, Directions, Cancelation Policies, Pictures and other details via Counter
If you need to modify your Hostelworld content, facilities, property pictures, etc you can login in Hostelworld Inbox or do it directly from Counter.
Go to bed icon → Channel → Hostelworld → Microsite Content
And select what information you would like to update
Currently we are experiencing some issues when updating pictures from Counter. If you are not able to do it please try directly from https://inbox.hostelworld.com/
