How to view reviews in Counter?

Check your latest HW reviews in Counter and reply to them

In order to see reviews you can click on the 'Bed Icon' - Channels - Hostelworld

And then click on "View All Reviews"

You can query or reply to a review once you click on the booking.

You can also login in Inbox and do it from there.
