Check nationality, email, phone number on reservation mask
To access customer's contact details and where they are from, bring up the booking details page ("reservation mask" ) and click on “Reservations Details”.
And then click on "Guest" and you will have all the information about the customer :
-nationality
-phone number
-...
Some of those details are arriving with the reservation when it is made in the different channels.
If you need extra details you will need to ask directly to the guest
