How to setup or change the Mapping in Counter?

"Mapping" means connecting each Room type and Rate Plan from Counter to its corresponding one in the OTA (e.g.: Hostelworld)

Please follow the steps below.

Note: This process is the same for every OTA.

1. Go to the beds tab → Channels
2. Select Hostelworld / Booking.com / etc.
3. Go to 'Counter Mapping' or 'Mapping'.
   1. Search for the Room type you want to map and turn ON the mapping:
      
   2. Select the corresponding Room Type.
   3. Click 'Rate Plan Mapping'.
   4. Go to the pencil → select each corresponding Rate Plan.

Once the mapping is complete, it should look like this:

Note: If there is a Room Type or Rate Plan missing, it means there is a mismatch in the set up of that Room Type/Rate Plan between Counter and the OTA.
