Troubleshooting: Rate differences in Counter

The rate received in a reservation differs from the one set in Counter.

This is usually caused by:

  1. Promotions/discounts set in the OTA extranet.
  2. Promotions applied from the OTA. 
  3. Unmapped or wrongly mapped Rate Plans. Further details here.

The 2 first scenarios will not be visible in Counter. Please check them in the OTA extranet.
