The rate received in a reservation differs from the one set in Counter.
This is usually caused by:
- Promotions/discounts set in the OTA extranet.
- Promotions applied from the OTA.
- Unmapped or wrongly mapped Rate Plans. Further details here.
The 2 first scenarios will not be visible in Counter. Please check them in the OTA extranet.
