Cuando un huésped menciona chinches en un comentario, no eliminaremos dicho comentario. Esperamos que el cliente avise de este problema en la recepción y que se tomen las medidas pertinentes para rectificar el problema. Esto supondría asegurarse de que el huésped sabe dónde obtener la atención médica pertinente y compensarle en consecuencia, así como llamar a su empresa local de control de plagas para asegurarse de que se rectifica el problema. En su respuesta a cualquier reseña que mencione chinches, puede informar a los futuros huéspedes de que ha tomado las medidas necesarias para eliminar el problema inmediatamente.
