La reserva aparece automáticamente en el Inbox de Hostelworld. Si estas utilizando **Hostelworld Inbox** para actualizar precios y disponibilidad aparecerá bajo la pestaña de Nuevas Reservas     ![](https://hostelworldinbox.zendesk.com/hc/article_attachments/360000755105/mceclip0.png)   Una vez que confirméis la reserva, desaparecerá de la pestaña "Nuevas reservas". Si queréis encontrarla de nuevo, hay dos opciones:   - Escribiendo el número de referencia, nombre del cliente o dirección de correo electrónico en el cuadro de búsqueda en la parte superior del lado derecho de la bandeja de entrada ![](https://hostelworldinbox.zendesk.com/hc/article_attachments/360000727869/mceclip2.png) - o pinchando en la pestaña de Reservas – Búsqueda Avanzada – Seleccionando por día de llegada o de reserva   ![](https://hostelworldinbox.zendesk.com/hc/article_attachments/360000754565/mceclip2.png)   Sin embargo, si utilizáis un **Channel Manager**, todas las reservas van automáticamente leídas ya que pasan al Channel Manager.
