How to manage your availability using Counter?

As Counter is a PMS, changes in availability must be 'justified' to the system to allow for the correct management of reservations.

You can find your availability per room type by going to the beds tab → Rates and Restrictions:

To add new availability, you must create a Room and have updated Rates.

To remove availability, you can:

• Create a reservation. 🔗
• Block a bed/room. 🔗

To close availability, you will need to:

• Apply Stop sell. 🔗
