Our Stop Sell tool allows you to close your availability online by room type, rate plan and for your entire property.
Do not use Stop Sell If you want to reduce the amount of beds/rooms available, only if you want to close all your availability online. Find further details here.
How to apply Stop Sell?
Option 1: Bulk Update.
- Go to the beds tab → Manage → Rates and Restrictions
- Click 'Bulk update' (top left)
- Select the Room Type/s → 'Next'
- Choose period → Select days of the week
- Stop Sell → ON
- Submit.
The Stop Sell restriction is applied individually per Room Type and Rate Plan. If you want to close availability in a specific OTA, you must create a separate Rate Plan for that OTA.
Option 2: On a daily basis per room type and rate plan.
Option 3: On a daily basis, to the whole property.
