Extend your Rooms' availability and Update your rates for the next 12 months to be bookable online.
To make a room type available in Counter, you simply need to set the rates for that room. If there are no rates set, the room will not be available for booking.
In order to extend the availability you have to do it Room by Room. Please follow these steps:
Stage 1: Ensure that your room is enabled to be available for booking online.
- Go to the Bed icon → Manage → Click on the settings icon next to each room name:

to the Multi-Inventory section and enable selecting “ON”. Click on the pencil icon to edit the last day with availability for that room.

Select on the calendar or type the date (DD Mmm YYYY). Our advice is to extend at least for 12 extra months. Do not forget to hit "Save" after the update!
Stage 2: Update your Rates to open your availability.
In order to have the rooms bookable you need to have the rates updated for the desired dates.
If you have them but you are still not able to see your rooms online please republish the rates for the dates you want your rooms to be bookable.
