Use the 'Bulk Update' tool to manage your prices and availability through Counter.
How to update your Rates?
- Go to the beds tab → Manage → Rates and Restrictions
- Click 'Bulk update' (top left)
- Select the Room Type/s → 'Next'
- Choose period → Select days of the week
e.g.: If you select period: 01-Jan-2023 to 31-Dec-2023 and days: Friday and Saturday → you would change the rates only for the weekends of 2023.
- Choose the Rate Plan → write the new price in the 'Rate' field → Submit.
How to set restrictions?
- Go to the beds tab → Manage → Rates and Restrictions
- Click 'Bulk update' (top left)
- Select the Room Type/s → 'Next'
- Choose period → Select days of the week
- Select the Restrictions you wish to apply*:
- Stop Sell= Close availability online (all channels).
- Closed to Arrival (CTA)= No check-ins allowed on this date. Note: Hostelworld does not support CTA.
- Closed to Departure (CTD)= No check-outs allowed on this date.
- Minimum length of stay (minLOS)= Minimum stay required.
- Maximum length of stay (maxLOS)= Maximum stay allowed.
- Submit.
Restrictions apply individually to each rate plan → If you want to apply the same restriction to all your Rate Plans, you must do it one-by-one.
These restrictions are the ones supported by Counter - Some OTAs may not support all of them.
