How to Set Up a Min/Max Night’s Stay on Hostelworld

You can set minimum and maximum night stay restrictions through your Hostelworld Calendar via the Inbox, unless you're using a channel manager.

🛎 If You’re Using a Channel Manager:

  • Check if your channel manager supports Min/Max Night Stay restrictions.

  • If it does, set the restriction within the channel manager system.

  • If it doesn’t, you’ll need to manage this manually through the Hostelworld Inbox.

📅 Setting Restrictions in the Hostelworld Inbox:

You can set restrictions:

  • Manually for a specific date, or

  • In bulk for a range of dates (per room and per rate)

✅ To Set for a Specific Day (Manual Update):

  1. Go to your Hostelworld Inbox

  2. Open the Calendar

  3. Select the date you want to modify

  4. Set the Minimum and/or Maximum Night Stay

  5. Save changes

📆 To Set for Longer Periods (Bulk Update):

  1. In your Inbox Calendar, click the "Bulk Update" button

  2. Select the Room Type and Rate

  3. Choose the date range

  4. Set the Minimum/Maximum night restrictions

  5. Apply and save
