Before activating Elevate, you can use the simulator to see how your property appears in search results — just like a traveller would. It shows your current position and how much you could move up by increasing your base commission.
⚙️ How to activate Elevate

Log into your Hostelworld Inbox and click on the Elevate tile.

Choose your commission level.

Select your travel dates to simulate a real search.
You’ll instantly see your current ranking and your projected position. -
Activate Elevate.
Once you’ve chosen your commission amount, click the Inactive toggle to switch it to Active — and that’s it!

Once active, your property will move up in Hostelworld search results, gaining more visibility and increasing your chances of being booked.
