      Can I see credit card details in my channel manager?

      You can access CC details directly in your channel manager  if you are using :

      • Cubilis
      • Wubook
      • Staah
      • Room Cloud
      • Aaron/Sihot
      • Siteminder 
      • Tourisoft/Hotel-Spider
      • Airhost
      • Arealy
      • Beds24
      • Booking Expert

      • Counter
      • Djubo
      • Ezee
      • E4JConnect
      • Freetobook
      • Front Desk Master
      • Lobby
      • Phobs
      • Reseliva
      • Sabeeapp
      • Sirvoy

      For all other channel managers, you will need to log into Hostelworld Inbox to get payment information.

      Guest's credit card details can be found by bringing up the booking page in your Hostelworld Inbox, clicking into booking and then into CC details link.

      Please note this information is removed from the system 7 days after the scheduled departure date.

      * Due to PCI regulations we are not able to store or pass on the CVV/CVC code (the 3 digits on the back of the card).
