Credit card details are stored in your Hostelworld Inbox. You are able to view them before customer arrival, during the scheduled stay and within 7 days of the scheduled check out date. After that date, the details will be deleted for security reasons. Due to legal restrictions we don’t have access to the CVV code, however if your business is listed as an accommodation provider you should be able to charge anyway by bypassing the code. Contact your bank or the credit card company for more information.
