How long does a review stay on my page ?

This article explains for how long reviews are visible on for on your profile as well as how your Hostelworld rating is calculated.

Customers can rate your property on the following criteria: Cleanliness, Staff, Location, Atmosphere, Security and Value for Money and Facilities.

Currently review can be visible to future customers for up to 3 years on your Hostelworld profile. 

However, your overall rating on Hostelworld is updated daily and the following criteria apply:

- is an average of all of your Hostelworld reviews for the past 6 months.

- If you do not have a rating in the past 6 months we will calculate a rating based on an average of Hostelworld reviews for the past 12 months.

- If there are not rating in the past 12 months, we will calculate a rating based on an average of Hostelworld reviews for the past 24 months.
