I'm closing my hostel. What do I need to do?
It's a good idea to first set the allocation for all rooms and all dates to 0 to prevent further bookings.
Contact all future customer arriving in the next couples of weeks/months and advise them of the closure. You will need to find an alternative accommodation or refund the deposit paid.
You should also contact Hostelworld immediately to report your closure.
