# Uncollected booking after a Channel Manager connection

Our partners are required to collect and acknowledge all incoming bookings and cancellations. If you are not getting the booking onto your channel manager, please contact them directly.

Hostelworld run a script that detects every uncollected booking after 24/48h and we normally contact the channel partner ourselves.
