El "No-show" dentro de Hostelworld es una funcionalidad que se puede utilizar para liberar tu inventario si un huésped no se presenta en la fecha de su check-in. Por lo tanto, se aplica a todos los tipos de tarifas (solo el "Pay Now" no está soportado en este momento, así como las reservas de grupos parciales en caso de que solo un huésped no se presente). **Para reportar un "no-show" en Hostelworld, por favor sigue estos pasos:** - **Acceder a la opción de No-Show:** Las propiedades pueden reportar una reserva como "no-show" a partir de la fecha de check-in, sin importar la hora exacta de check-in. Simplemente accede a la página de detalles de la reserva, en la sección de "Gestionar reserva" que se encuentra en la parte inferior de la página en el lado izquierdo, y el botón “Marcar como No-Show” estará disponible y activo. **![](https://support.hostelworld.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Nov-08-2024-03-14-28-0172-PM.png?width=688&height=343&name=undefined-Nov-08-2024-03-14-28-0172-PM.png)** **Importante:** Las propiedades tienen un plazo limitado para reportar un no-show: - **Reservas de varias noches:** La opción permanecerá disponible hasta 48 horas después de la fecha de check-in. - **Reservas de una noche:** La opción expirará a las 23:59 de la fecha de check-in. Después de este tiempo, el botón “Marcar como No-Show” desaparecerá automáticamente, y todos los botones de gestión de la reserva estarán desactivados, ya que la reserva ya ha finalizado. **Proporcionar los comentarios que desees compartir con nuestro equipo de soporte** - Proporciona los comentarios que quieras compartir con nuestro equipo de soporte y haz clic en "Marcar como No-Show" para notificar al huésped.
