What Is a Bed & Breakfast Rate?

A B&B Rate must be a fixed amount

It cannot be set as a percentage (%)

You may create:

Standard Bed & Breakfast Rate

Non-refundable Bed & Breakfast Rate

🛠️ How to Add a Bed & Breakfast Rate

Go to Rates & Availability in your calendar
-
Click + New Rate
-
Select:
-
Standard Bed & Breakfast Rate, or
-
Non-refundable Bed & Breakfast Rate

Enter weekday and weekend prices
-
Click Add Rate
🔗 Channel Manager Mapping
If your property uses a Channel Manager:
-
Newly created B&B Rates in Inbox must be mapped to the correct rates in your Channel Manager
-
Once mapped, prices will automatically sync into Inbox
🔄 Updating Bed & Breakfast Rates
1. Update directly in the Calendar
Click the rate on the chosen date, edit the value, and save.
2. Bulk Update
Steps:

Click Bulk Update

Select Rate
-
Choose the Room Type
-
Select Bed & Breakfast Rate
-
Enter the updated price
-
Select the date range (365 days at a time)

Select weekdays / weekends
-
Save using Update Information
To delete a B&B Rate, use Delete Rate in Bulk Update.
📌 Identifying B&B Rate Bookings
Breakfast information appears:

In Booking Details inside Inbox
-
In the XML response sent to your Channel Manager

Guests see the breakfast details:
