[View & Collect Bookings using Hostelworld Inbox](https://support.hostelworld.com/knowledge/bookings?hsLang=en#view-collect-bookings-using-hostelworld-inbox) # Collecting and Finding Bookings In this article you will find instructions on how to find, inspect & collect bookings in your Hostelworld Inbox.   When a booking is made you will receive a notification email to let you know there are bookings waiting to be collected. You can retrieve these reservations by clicking on the ‘New Bookings’ square on the Homepage. ![](https://support.hostelworld.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Nov-06-2023-12-51-29-7502-PM.png?width=582&height=335&name=image-png-Nov-06-2023-12-51-29-7502-PM.png) ![](https://support.hostelworld.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Nov-06-2023-12-53-13-8318-PM.png?width=577&height=469&name=image-png-Nov-06-2023-12-53-13-8318-PM.png) Click on the 'View' button of each booking to see the full details such as arrival date, room type, number of people and number of nights. You can print this reservation for you records. When you have taken note of the details you can click “I have read this booking”. ![](https://support.hostelworld.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Nov-06-2023-12-56-21-8127-PM.png?width=638&height=847&name=image-png-Nov-06-2023-12-56-21-8127-PM.png) The booking will be removed from the booking page, but will be saved in the inbox.
