How Can I Accept Online Group Bookings?

Our Online Group Booking service allows you to receive bookings for groups of 9 up to a maximum number of your choice.

The booking and payment process will stay the same as your current Hostelworld.com reservations; We take a deposit and the remaining balance is paid to you on arrival. This means that everything will stay quick and easy, but you’ll receive Confirmed Group Bookings Online!

If you’re looking to accept Online Group Bookings, simply fill in the groups criteria section in your Inbox. Log into your Hostelworld account and take the following steps:

Property Setup →  Groups → Accept Group Booking

Please note: All fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be filled in before it can be enabled.

When doing this, we advise you to choose your own payment conditions.

The availability and prices we have for non-group bookings will remain the same for group bookings.

All Online Groups Bookings are confirmed once the booking has been made and customer will get a reference number.
