Overbooking Terms and Conditions

If you find yourself overbooked and do not have beds for Hostelworld bookings you are required to find an alternative for the guest(s) at no extra cost to the guest(s)

OR

If the guest decides not to accept the alternative option you are obliged to refund the booking deposit.

Ultimately you are responsible for taking care of this issue and ensuring that guests have a bed to sleep in. As always we are happy to assist where possible, please contact us at: support@hostelworld.com
