When a guest mentions bed bugs in a review we will not remove this review. We expect guests to report the issue at reception so that the relevant steps can be taken promptly. This includes directing the guest to appropriate medical attention, offering suitable compensation, and contacting your local pest control company to ensure the problem is fully resolved.
