Where can I see Reviews?
How to access reviews in Inbox
In order to see reviews you can click on the 'Reports' tab and then 'Customer Ratings'.
Alternatively you click on the Ratings table which is located on the top right of your screen beside the calendar:
You can query or reply to a review once you click on the booking ref:
If you chose 'Query' your comments will be sent to your Account Executive here at Hostelworld to review and reply back to you. If you chose 'Reply' this means you are entering a reply to the reviewer which will appear online*
*Please note replies do not go live immediately as they need to be vetted first. Please ensure that replies meet our guidelines.
