How to connect your Hostelworld Profile to a Channel Manager?

To request a Channel Manager connection to your Hostelworld profile you will need to email support@hostelworld.com as we need a written request from a registered email address from the property to proceed.

We will request that a couple of checks are made from your side prior to proceed with the connection.

Prior to enable the XML connection, you must follow the steps bellow:

➤ Please verify your room set up in Hostelworld inbox Rates & Availability ,add or remove room types if necessary.


➤ Please check & download any bookings you might have in the New Booking section 


➤ Please confirm when you are ready to get the XML activated

Once the XML connection has been enabled, it is no longer possible to update availability or rates for Hostelworld until you are fully set up with the channel manager and can update availability through them.

To avoid property being overbooked while you finalize the set up with the channel manager normally we close off availability for up to next 12 month, prior to enabling XML connection - We will only leave your availability open upon request.
