Property Configuration

Please proceed to each article below and carefully follow the steps to successfully set up your Counter account.

Prior to starting the configuration process, please ensure that your Time-Zone in Counter is accurate. Please note that once set, it cannot be changed later. If you find that your time zone is incorrect, kindly inform us.

  1. Create the Room Types. 🔗
  2. Create the Room Inventory. 🔗
  3. Create the Rate Plans. 🔗
  4. Create your direct reservations. (non-OTA) 🔗
  5. Create the Taxes. 🔗
  6. Enable the Automated Payments. 🔗

Verify your Time Zone in Counter, by going to Account Settings → Time Zone.
