🏠 Create Your Room Types and Set Your Rates

Once your Hostelworld contract has been accepted, you can start setting up your property profile.
The sooner you complete it, the sooner your hostel can go live and start receiving bookings! 

Step 1: Log In to Your Hostelworld Inbox

Use the login details we sent to your email to access your Hostelworld Inbox.
This is where you’ll add your rooms, rates, and availability.

⚠️ Important: Make sure you select the correct currency before entering your rates — this cannot be changed later.

Step 2: Add Your Rooms and Rates

Create each room type you offer — for example:

• 6-Bed Mixed Dorm

• Double Bed

• Twin Room

Then, set the nightly rates and availability for each room.

💡 Tip: Hostelworld offers several types of rates, but you’ll start with the Standard Rate.
