How to Plot Your Property Location on the Map

An accurate location is essential to help travellers find your property and avoid confusion or complaints.

When you plot your property location in Hostelworld Inbox, this map pin determines:

  • How your property appears on Hostelworld.

  • The address and directions guests see in their booking confirmation.

That’s why it’s important to make sure your map pin is placed correctly before your profile goes live.

📍 Steps to Plot Your Property Location

  1. Log in to your Hostelworld Inbox.

  2. Go to Property Set Up → Microsite Content.

  3. Select Location & Directions.

  4. Verify that your property address is entered correctly.

  5. Check that the red pin on the map is in the right location.

    • You can click and drag the pin to move it.

    • Or verify and adjust the GPS coordinates manually.

  6. Click Update Location to save your changes.

Confirm that your address matches the one under:
Property Set Up → Contact Details.
