Before your property can go live, make sure everything is fully set up and accurate — including your details, room types, rates, and availability.


✅ Step 1: Complete your property profile

Make sure all your property information is filled in correctly — including your description, photos, amenities, and location.
A complete profile helps guests find you and boosts your visibility.


💰 Step 2: Set up your rates and availability

Your property will only appear online if you have open availability.
If there are no available beds or rooms, your property won’t show to guests searching for accommodation.

All bookings made through Hostelworld are instantly confirmed based on your availability, so keeping your calendar up to date is essential.
You can easily manage this via your Hostelworld Inbox → Rates & Availability section.


🔗 Step 3: Using a Channel Manager?

If you manage your bookings through a Channel Manager, all updates to your rates and availability must be made directly there.
Changes made on the Channel Manager will automatically sync to Hostelworld once your connection is active.
