How to find a booking?

When a booking is made you will receive a notification email to let you know there are bookings waiting to be collected.

You can retrieve these reservations by clicking on the ‘New Bookings’ tab on the Homepage.

You can retrieve the booking at anytime by 

• Entering the reference number, name or email address onto the search box at the top of the right hand side of the inbox

• or clicking on Booking Tab – Advance Search – Select by arrival date/booked date
